The room was clean and cozy, with a great tea and coffee setup. Breakfast was delicious and hot, despite them being short-staffed. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to Tesco and close to the lovely town center. The family that runs it is cute.
Parking was a bit tricky to locate.

All you need for shopping in Tiverton. Pleasant and amicable staff, the breakfasts are sensational with very generous portions. The family room is immaculate and has central heating, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV. The service is very good, includes free parking. The rooms turned out to be top quality and neat with the coffee etc, a Saturday note over a pub, comfortable beds.

Heating unit ineffective!!! Room reminded me of a fridge on arrival, and despite informing staff, the boiler seemed to have a mind of its own. A larger shower cubicle would enhance the experience!!!

We loved the cozy and comfortable room with a wonderful tea and coffee setup. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes from Tesco and a short walk to the charming town center. The breakfast options were plentiful, with homemade muffins that were a good surprise.
Finding the parking spot took a bit longer than expected, slightly frustrating.

perfect for exploring tiverton's charming streets and parks
I had such a lovely stay here with clean and cozy accommodations, and the fun part was that I was only a few steps away from the Grand Western Canal, perfect for a pleasant stroll along the water, and the Tiverton Castle, a must-see landmark that's just over a kilometer away, making it super easy to explore the area on foot.

Staying in the King room was good, with a large, clean space and a comfortable bed. The shower was particularly refreshing, and the location was perfect-within walking distance to the town center, yet quiet enough to ensure a restful night. Homemade muffins served at breakfast were a treat, though the breakfast experience could use some improvement. Parking was a slight hassle to find, and I wish there were more variety in meal options. It was a pleasant stay.

the breakfasts were excellent with substantial portions if required and extra tea, couldn't ask for anything better. Lovely very central location close to a town centre, the clock tower at the back of the house and the local police station. 3. the check-in was painless and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel.

They provided a wonderful breakfast with substantial portions and extra tea. Got well-appointed and impeccably clean double room with bunk beds when arrived, appreciated that. - the location was excellent and unbeatable, near the river and canal, shops and restaurants, and the clock tower.
